Tecolote consists of various combinations of the following musicians:

Rebecca Cruz, vocals
Melody Mock, violin
Jose Rios, guitar
Mark Woodard, mandolin and violin
Rufus Cohen, requinto guitar

The members of Tecolote combine guitars, violin, and vocals to perform folk songs from Old Mexico and New Mexico. The have performed around the Albuquerque area for the past several years, including at the Outpost Performance Space, the Range Cafe, the Harwood Art Center, and for various arts events. Their repertoire includes such favorites as "Cucurucucu Paloma," "Tu Solo Tu," and "Ay Jalisco."
